Design and dimensions:
Simple bags, gusset bags, tubes, films, etc.

Materials:
Polyethylene, polypropylene, cellulose, Tyvek, nylon, Teflon, mixed, etc.

Manufacture and packaging:
Standard or Clean Room (particle-free) packaged.

Closure system:
Heat-Sealed, ultrasonic sealing and self-sealing.

CLASS 100 cleanees:
Anti-static or standard and/or may be sterilised by steam autoclave, gamma radiation or ethylene oxide.

Applications:
• Packaging and sterilisation of Sterile Room Garments.
• Packaging of sanitary products and sterilisation thereof.
• Packaging of pharmaceutical raw materials.

Bags and paper for packaging:

VBP series (packaging of products to be sterilised)

Bags and mixed rolls
• Standard closure
Made of a high-strength multi-layer plastic film and medical standard cellulose paper with low fibre emission.
• Self-adhesive closure
Does not require sealer.

Bag with two cellulose paper faces
• This is a more economical solution when identification of the content is not essential.
• Heat-sealable.

Green crepe paper:
• For the packaging of products that cannot be sterilised in a single pack because of their shape or size.

Chemical indicators:
• To verify sterilisation by steam autoclave, ethylene oxide or by dry heat
• A full range that covers all control requirements by the changing of the indicator colour.

Biological indicators
Made of a known population of control innocuous microorganisms in order to determine the microbicide efficiency of the sterilisation cycle.

Types:
• Self-containing (in vials)
• Strips of spores
