PVA clean sponges material:
The PVA Clean Sponge is a synthetic sponge composed of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA). Continuous pore structure similar to natural sea sponge. The Clean Sponge material is highly resistant to chemicals, ultraviolet rays and can be used in organic solvents.
Clean Sponge is quite durable and long lasting as compared to other types of sponge products. It leaves no fluff or lint, and has remarkable water absorbing and retaining powers (up to 11 times its weight in water), and leaves no liquid residue on the surface.
Its softness and elasticity prevent Clean Sponge from damaging the surface of a given object and at the same time permits it to capture minute particles.

Applications:
Wiping, cleaning, and removing fine dust from the work area, equipment and the surroundings in a cleanroom environment: Electronics, semiconductor, memory disc, pharmaceuticals, optical devices, automotive pre-paint surface preparation, glass manufacturing (mm).

MOPS

Vestimop: 100% Polyester MOP

Features:
• Made of continuous filament tubular knitted polyester 100%, giving it durability and resistance to abrasion and contamination.
• Great absorption from the knitted structure and tubular design.
• Easily interchangeable.
• Compatible with any wringing system.
• Can be sterilised in steam-autoclave, ETO or Gamma radiation.
• SH-10 Handle: Aluminium handle with plastic clamp. (cannot be sterilised by autoclave)
• Laundered and packaged in a Class 100 Clean Room.

Autoclavable Roll-Mop:

Mop with stainless steel handle, PVC rollers and POLYURETHANE sponge.
Entire unit can be autoclaved by steam at 121 - 124°C for 40 minutes.

Features:
• Includes a sponge wringing system with PVC rollers to ease the cleaning process. The self-wringing action is performed with the lever on the mop handle, allowing for perfect rinsing and rapid drying.
• The 25-centimeter wide sponge leaves a large, clean surface area, obtaining even pressure on the mop along the surface to be cleaned.
• Cell-structured sponge, has a large absorption capacity and retains 30 times its own weight in water.
